We regret to inform you that Swing Dance America 2025 has been canceled. This decision comes with great sadness as Glen Miller, the event director, is currently in critical condition, and his future remains uncertain. Community leaders and close friends are working to address the situation. If you have a hotel reservation, please cancel it as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience during this difficult time and will do our best to answer your questions soon. We want to extend our condolences to Glen's family during this difficult time.

Refund Policy
All weekend pass tickets are fully refundable thru April 17th. After April 15th, you may contact us to transfer your pass to Swing Dance America 2026, or you may transfer your pass to another attendee. You must contact us before Thursday April 17th to transfer your pass. Contest fees are also transferable to 2026.
