Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans can change, and we want to do our best to accommodate you. While we are unable to offer refunds for tickets to the 2023 event, we do allow you to transfer your ticket to another person or transfer it for yourself one year. To do so, simply provide us with the name and email address of the person you would like to transfer your ticket to. We also want to remind you that contests, intensives, and workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you at this year's event!
